  The research work of students at the department of "Social and Humanitarian Sciences" is carried out by organizing meetings of the student scientific circle "Yosh manaviyachilar", holding separate industry meetings within the framework of international and republican student scientific and practical conferences at Samarkand State Medical University. Students prepare research papers on topical issues of social and humanitarian knowledge, philosophical, methodological and bioethical problems of modern medicine for national and international conferences and various competitions.

  The department involves and calls to its circle all university students interested in social and humanitarian issues of modern medicine.

  The headman of junior courses - Aminabonu Kamariddinzoda (3rd year student of the faculty of joint education in the direction of "Management in Health Care") is the author and co-author of more than 30 scientific articles, 4 certificates for a software product, and also a 2-time winner of a rector's scholarship.

  Headman of senior courses Nodirjon Normurodov (3rd year student of the Faculty of Dentistry) is the author and co-author of 45 scientific articles, is the owner of a rector's scholarship.
