Online recruitment of applicants for admission to higher and professional educational institutions has started in the 2024-2025 academic year.

  State Grant Changes:

- The grant is allocated for one academic year to students entering bachelor's and master's programs starting from the new academic year;

- the grant is allocated to students with high scores on entrance exams in accordance with the quota established in the first year;

- will be redistributed differentially between students who have achieved a high academic rating and socially active students in the second and subsequent years, i.e. 100% grant for some, 50% grant for others, etc..;

- the scholarship is paid only to students who have won the full (100%) grant;

- students enrolled on the basis of various benefits or within the framework of targeted admission are provided with a full state grant for the period of study (regardless of the level of mastering);

- the obligation of students who studied under the grant to work for at least 3 years after graduation is canceled.
