HISTORY


  Sozangaron Abu Ali ibn Sino Public Health College was established in accordance with the first paragraph of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 204 “On measures to organize secondary specialized and vocational education in the Republic of Uzbekistan” dated May 13, 1998 and Established in 2008 in accordance with Resolution No. 473 of October 29, 2003 “On additional measures to ensure a consistent transition to general secondary and secondary specialized, vocational education”. 

  Reorganized in accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 20, 2023 No. PQ-197. 

  Address: 21 Khoja Akhrori Vali Street, Samarkand city, Samarkand region. The capacity according to the project is designed for 1700 places. Currently, 1963 students are studying in 5 specialties (Nursing, Medical, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Paramedic Laboratory).


SPIRITUAL AND EDUCATIONAL WORK


  In our country, special attention is paid to the systematic organization of spiritual and educational work, increasing the effectiveness of measures taken in this regard, raising the intellectual potential, consciousness, thinking and worldview of the population, especially young people, strengthening their ideological immunity, and educating a harmonious generation that lives with a sense of patriotism, love for the people and loyalty. 

  In particular, systematic work is being carried out in this regard at the Sozangaron Abu Ali ibn Sino Public Health College. A round table discussion on the topic “Uzbek language - a mirror of the nation” was held in the educational institution on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the “status of the state language” of the Uzbek language. At the event, the deputy director of the technical school for youth affairs O. Nurmukhammedov spoke about the role of the Uzbek language in the development of our country: Today, our beloved Uzbekistan is rapidly taking high places in the ratings of developing countries in the world in every field. It is no exaggeration to say that this is due to the wide-ranging reforms and practical results being carried out. The national language plays a major role in the development of the country and society. Every nation and people cannot be imagined without a national language. Because the national language reflects the spirit of the nation, its rich historical image, national values, and fixed beliefs. Therefore, preserving the native language, further strengthening its position, and developing it are considered an important factor in the development of the country.

EDUCATION AND EDUCATIONAL METHODOLOGICAL WORK


  Teaching is carried out according to the following approved documents for each course and direction:

  The following technical support is available in the training process:

  All computers in the technical school are connected to the Internet, there are more than 10 Wi-Fi zones. There are videos, presentations, multimedia programs, lectures and practical exercises on the topic, a set of educational materials for all directions according to the curriculum. The educational process management information system https://prof-emis.edu.uz/ has been introduced in all courses and groups at the technical school and is regularly maintained by teachers. 

  Technical school library:

  The library has more than 11,000 educational literature in English, Uzbek and Russian. The electronic library includes textbooks, atlases, study guides, teaching and methodological manuals, etc.

  For students to conduct educational, qualification and pre-diploma internships, agreements have been concluded with medical and preventive institutions, dental clinics, pharmacies, family clinics, sanitary and epidemiological well-being and public health departments located in the city of Samarkand, and a total of 16 training practice rooms have been organized and provided with the necessary equipment.
