Citizens of foreign countries for studying at Samarkand State Medical University (SSMU) have the right to choose any of the faculties and directions of study available at SSMU.   Admission Rules:

Citizens of foreign countries are admitted to SSMU on the basis of an interview (oral examination) in biology, chemistry and language of instruction (Russian, English).

  Examination subjects: Biology, Chemistry, English, Russian language

  To participate in the interview it is necessary to submit the following documents:

- application to the Rector of SSMU with indication of the program, language and form of study (download); 

- contact information with home address, e-mail and contact phone numbers;

- original and copy of certificate/diploma with indication of studied subjects and received grades (points) with notarized translation into Russian or Uzbek language;

- national and foreign passport with copies (if you have a residence permit, you must also provide a copy);

- 6 photos of size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.
