Based on the order of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 24, 2025, "On the establishment of the registrar's office in higher education institutions," and the decision of the Academic Council of Samarkand State Medical University dated February 26, 2025, as well as the internal order №116-AF dated March 18, 2025, the Charter of the registrar's office was approved.

  On March 28, a working group consisting of specialists from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan familiarized themselves with the activities of the registrar's office of the university. During the review, the activities of the established office were analyzed, and recommendations were provided for improving the work of the registrar's office.
