HISTORY
Ishtikhan Abu Ali bin Sino Technical College of Public Health was initially established as an educational institution based on the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 325 of July 7, 1993. According to the order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 572 of December 29, 2003, the status of "Ishtikhan Medical College" under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health was granted. In 2020, by the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 4666 of 2020, it was transformed into a technical school of public health named after Ishtikhan Abu Ali ibnSina. Currently, the technical school has "Nursing work", "Paramedic midwifery work", "Paramedic laboratory work", "Medical preventive work", "Pharmacy" and "Dentistry work" directions.
SPIRITUAL AND EDUCATIONAL WORKS
One of the main activities of the faculty is to form moral values in students, to be inspired (interested) in their professional activities, the necessary need for a healthy lifestyle, and to involve them in public and cultural events of the university. For the implementation of these tasks, the faculty has a council of trainers, who carry out their activities according to the approved plan. Each group of the faculty is assigned a support, selected from experienced pedagogues. Students of the faculty are involved in public events, amateur initiatives under the guidance of trainers, visit historical monuments and notable monuments, theaters and museums of Samarkand and the Republic in order to spend their free time meaningfully.

A telecommunication system has been established, and video films, presentations, multimedia programs, lectures and practical exercises are shown on televisions connected to the central computer. There is a single bank of scanned images designed for unified teaching based on the curriculum and corresponding to all sections of the curriculum.
