International cooperation relations

  The internationalist objectives of the Samarkand State Medical University are based on the concept of the Institute's development aimed at strengthening its position in the international educational space. The main advantages of internationalization are an increase in the number of students from abroad, the development of joint projects with foreign higher education institutions and research centers, an increase in the number of researchers and teachers teaching in foreign educational institutions, an increase in the number of joint programs with foreign higher education institutions, which allows you to issue two diplomas.

  Samarkand State Medical University develops ties with more than 145 state and international organizations, foreign universities and research centers involved in international cooperation in the field of education and science. Cooperation with universities in Europe, Asia, North America and the CIS the development of dialogue is based on joint program and educational mobility.

  Every year the number of highly qualified specialists, professors, students and researchers abroad who visit SamSTU in order to establish cooperation, training, advanced training, participation in scientific conferences is growing.

Joint Programs

  The University has joint programs with partner universities with the following universities.

  Dentistry (joint program with Volga Medical Research University, Russian Federation), Medical Science (joint program with Volga Medical Research University, Russian Federation), Pediatrics (joint program with Volga Medical Research University, Russian Federation), Higher Nursing (joint program with Ternopil National Medical University, Ukraine), Clinical Psychology (joint program with Chuvash National University), management: I have a job in the field of healthcare management (a joint program with the Polish Business School of Poland Louis University).

  A total of 230 students study at the university as part of joint educational programs. In the Volga Research Medical University of the Russian Federation, 66 students are enrolled in medical work under the 4+2 and 3+2 programs, 46 students are enrolled in pediatric work, 53 students are enrolled in dental work. I.N.To the Faculty of Clinical Psychology under the 3+3 program with the Chuvash State University named afterUlyanova enrolls 31 students. 4 students study at the Faculty of Pharmacy under the 3+2 program with the Saratov State Medical University. The Polish Graduate School of Business, together with the National University of St. Louis, trains 30 students in the program "Management: Healthcare Management" within the framework of the 3+1 program.

Safety of international students

  The safety of foreign students studying at higher educational institutions located on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan is fully protected by the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other legislative acts, and foreign students are obliged to comply with the Constitution and other legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
