  • preparing for the presentation of statistical data on the activities of a higher education organization based on assignments and requests;
  • Maintaining reporting forms submitted by Samarkand State Medical University to the Statistical Agency;
  • formation of a general database of graduates;
  • Obtaining, summarizing, and analyzing data on monitoring the employment and job placement of graduates;
  • Analyzing the accuracy of statistical data entered into the "HEMIS" information system.
  • Employees of other departments within the structure of Samarkand State Medical University should assist and cooperate with the managers of the statistical data management sector in providing the requested information for the collection, generalization, and processing of the necessary data.

Responsibilities of the Education Coordination Sector Manager:


  • formation of academic groups;
  • organizing re-studies for students (creating subject groups, lesson plans and control tables, reviewing applications);
  • assigning students to relevant subjects;
  • entering students into the system and assigning them to appropriate groups;
  • assigning groups to a tutor;
  • assigning subjects to semesters in the curriculum;
  • Registering admitted students in the electronic system and assigning them to subjects;
  • Coordination and formalization of student movements (expulsion, retention, transfer of studies, academic leave and return, resumption of studies);
  • transfer students from course to course;
  • summarize and analyze student achievement indicators;
  • forming and updating student databases;
  • to properly register graduating students;
  • Monitoring student attendance, receiving daily attendance reports, and monitoring attendance by subject through the "HEMIS" system;
  • Formation of lesson schedules and current, intermediate and final control charts in the "HEMIS" information system.

Duties of the Manager of the Student Documents Management and Storage Sector:


  • Collecting documents of students who graduated from Samarkand State Medical University, binding them into a binder, registering them, and storing them in the archive;
  • Posting extracts from orders of students whose surnames have changed, who have taken academic leave, who have changed their major and faculty, who have been dropped from the course, and who have been expelled from the student body to the student database;
  • Providing all necessary documents to students who have been expelled from the student body due to their transfer to another higher education institution;
  • submission of official documents (diploma, diploma supplement, academic certificates, etc.);
  • Organize the receipt, storage, and issuance of official forms (diploma forms, academic certificates, diploma supplements, etc.);
  • identifying students with academic debt;
