The research work of students of the department of otorhinolaryngology № 1 is carried out by organizing meetings of the student scientific circle "Kelajak LORlar". Within the framework of international and republican student scientific and practical conferences, Olympiads and various competitions held at the Samarkand State Medical University, students prepare research papers on topical problems of ENT diseases, modern methods of diagnosis and treatment.

    All students interested in the direction of otorhinolaryngology are encouraged to cooperate, encouraging the achievements of the members of the circle.

    The head responsible for the activities of the scientific circle of students is an assistant Iskhakova Fatima Sharifovna, who is also an independent applicant, as well as the author of more than 40 scientific papers.

    Makhmudova S. is a 5th-year student of the Faculty of Pediatrics, author and co-author of 30 scientific papers, 10 diplomas, 25 certificates, 2 certificates of honor, winner of the Rector's scholarship.

    Istamova E. is a 6th-year student of the Faculty of Medicine, author and co-author of 25 scientific papers, holder of 8 diplomas, 19 certificates, 1 certificate of honor.
