In order to further develop cooperation between the Samarkand State Medical University and foreign higher education institutions, these days the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation Zafar Aminov is on a working visit to the Republic of Poland.

  As part of the visit, on February 19, 2025, a meeting was held with the leadership of the Pomeranian University in Slupsk. At the meeting, issues of cooperation and improvement of the joint educational program in cosmetology with the Pomeranian University were discussed.

  For reference: the joint educational program lasts 3 years and is implemented according to the 2 + 1 scheme (2 years at SаmMU, 1 year in Pomorsk). Graduates of the program will be able to work as highly qualified cosmetologists.
