In 2016-2022, significant results were achieved in the pharmaceutical industry in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The pharmaceutical industry in Uzbekistan began to take shape in 1993. Since 2017, attention to the development of this sphere has increased.
The Department of Clinical Pharmacology has been established at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Samarkand State Medical University. Currently, 12 employees work at the department. Of these, 8 are assistants, 4 are trainee assistants. The Department of Clinical Pharmacology has published a number of textbooks, scientific articles, theses and scientific papers as DGU.
