It is not a secret to anyone that riots, political conflicts and wars are happening in different countries of the world today. In such a time, systematic work has been launched throughout our Republic to ensure the peace and tranquility of our country, to prevent young people from following various destructive and foreign ideas.

  In particular, the Samarkand State Medical University is constantly organizing events and meetings in order to prevent students from falling under the influence of various foreign religious movements and extremist organizations, and to fight against the commission of crimes and violations by them.

  The 4th of April of this year, "Awareness is the need of the times!" with the students of the Faculty of Joint Education of Samarkand State Medical University. A preventive event was organized. At the event, the Dean of the Faculty of Joint Education of Samarkand State Medical University D.Sh.Abdurakhmanov, the adviser of the rector of the university on ensuring the stability of the socio-spiritual environment among students E.Aripov, the preventive inspector of the university O.Eshmuratov, the Samarkand State B.Rashidov, specialist of the anti-corruption department of the medical university, tutor and students participated.

  During the event, students were given detailed information about the negative consequences of religious extremism and terrorism, the established criminal responsibilities, and the need to be alert in order not to fall under the influence of various foreign ideas and currents. Also, there was a discussion among the students about not committing crimes, violations and corruption.
