In the course of the department's scientific and research work, the aim is to educate the young generation in the spirit of independence, to increase the spiritual and social potential of young people, to study the psychological and pedagogical problems of modern medicine, and to develop their knowledge aimed at organizing the educational process in a qualitative manner.

    All employees of the department are actively participating in the scientific research work of the department and the university. Currently, 3 employees are independent researchers (Tangirov E.S, Azgarova G.A, Norbo'tayev F.M) and 1 employee (Razikova L.T) is an associate professor, 1 employee (Mamadiyarova D.U, Muratova Sh.N, Xayitova Sh.D,) is an assistant professor, 2 one employee (Ko’chkarova O.O, Xafizova m.A has PhD degrees.

    In the last 5 years, more than 320 scientific works have been published by the staff of the department, including 2 textbooks, 3 study guides, 3 monographs, 2 electronic programs, more than 100 articles in leading national and international journals.
