Samarkand State Medical University, based on the concept of international development, aims to strengthen its position in the global educational arena. The main priorities of internationalization include increasing the number of foreign students, developing joint projects with higher education institutions and research centers abroad, increasing the number of researchers and lecturers teaching abroad, and expanding the number of joint programs with foreign universities that offer dual degrees.
More than 60 countries, international organizations, foreign universities, and research centers collaborate with Samarkand State Medical University based on the principle of equality in the fields of education and science. Cooperation with universities from Europe, Asia, North America, and CIS countries is developing through joint programs and academic mobility.
