Current collaborations with health institutions

At Samarkand State Medical University, we are committed to advancing health and wellbeing on local, national, and global scales. Our university actively engages in partnerships with a wide range of health institutions, research centers, and medical organizations. These collaborations are designed to foster innovative healthcare solutions, enhance medical education, and improve health outcomes for diverse populations.

Local Collaborations: We maintain strong ties with regional healthcare providers, hospitals, and public health organizations in Samarkand and throughout Uzbekistan. These partnerships allow our medical students, faculty, and researchers to work closely with local communities, address pressing health concerns, and implement tailored programs for disease prevention, health promotion, and clinical care. This local engagement helps us align our research and teaching with the needs of our immediate community, contributing to better health outcomes in our region.

National Collaborations: Samarkand State Medical University collaborates with major healthcare bodies across Uzbekistan, including the Ministry of Health and national hospitals, to improve healthcare policies and practices. These partnerships support ongoing medical research, the development of new treatment protocols, and the education of healthcare professionals who are equipped to meet the country’s health challenges. Our faculty members are also actively involved in advising on national healthcare reforms and participating in nationwide public health initiatives.

Global Collaborations: On the international front, our university has established collaborations with leading global health institutions and universities, including partnerships in Europe, Asia, and North America. These global alliances enable us to participate in cutting-edge medical research, exchange knowledge on healthcare innovations, and contribute to global public health strategies. Through joint research projects, academic exchanges, and collaborative healthcare initiatives, we are helping to address global health issues and improve outcomes on a worldwide scale.

Samarkand State Medical University is deeply committed to leveraging its local, national, and global partnerships to enhance health and wellbeing. By working alongside health institutions at every level, we are dedicated to improving healthcare delivery, advancing medical knowledge, and fostering healthier communities both at home and abroad.
