As we previously reported, on August 12-16 of this year, the "International Summer School of Medical University Students" at Samarkand State Medical University.

  Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and More than fifty students from more than twenty medical universities of the Russian Federation participated.

  As part of the international summer school, the participants got to know Samarkand State Medical University and its conditions and educational system. Students gave lectures and exchanged ideas with their scientific work. Also, various sports competitions, master classes and lectures, trips to the interesting places of Samarkand were organized among the students.

  In the end, a festive closing ceremony of the international summer school was organized. The Rector of Samarkand State Medical University, Professor Jasur Rizayev spoke and said that this summer school will serve as a platform for young students to demonstrate their unique knowledge, experience, and talents. He emphasized that it creates a foundation for the formation and strengthening of friendly relations.

  During the event, diplomas, certificates and souvenirs were presented to students who actively participated in projects and competitions within the framework of the summer school.

  Also, the participants of the "International Summer School of Medical University Students" shared their warm impressions with those gathered and expressed their gratitude to the organizers.

  The event continued with festive songs and performances by students.
