On April 17 of this year, a "Leader and youth" meeting was organized with students at the Samarkand State Medical University with the participation of representatives of the Republican Council of the Health Workers' Union of Uzbekistan. At the meeting, Rector of Samarkand State Medical University, Professor Jasur Rizayev, Head of Health Department of Samarkand Region Sukhrob Zayniyev, Co-Chairman of the Youth Council of International European Federation of Public Service (YeFPOO) Alina Tankelyun, Republican Council of Health Workers Union of Uzbekistan chairman Farkhodjon Khanapiyayev, chairman of the Samarkand Regional Association of Trade Union Organizations Sukhrob Rafikov and the chairman of the Regional Council of the Health Workers Union of Syrdarya, Jizzakh, Surkhandarya, Kashkadarya and Samarkand regions participated.

    During the meeting, students were given information about the Union of Healthcare Workers of Uzbekistan, presentations were made on the main goals and tasks of the union, interesting information about the activities and the work done. At the meeting, it was discussed about the direct involvement of students and youth in the activities of the Union of Healthcare Workers of Uzbekistan, and an open dialogue with students was organized. Students had the opportunity to get detailed answers to the questions they were interested in.

    At the end of the meeting, books were presented to the participants by the Republican Council of the Health Workers' Union of Uzbekistan.
