  The III international scientific and practical conference "Innovative technologies in healthcare: new opportunities for the treatment of internal diseases"

  The use of modern technologies and theories in medicine, as in any field, has a positive effect on the development of the field and causes its further advancement. It is no exaggeration to say that the interests of the people and their health lie at the heart of the huge reforms being implemented in the healthcare system in our country today.

  On April 5 of this year, the III international scientific and practical conference "Innovative technologies in health care: new opportunities for the treatment of internal diseases" was held at the Samarkand State Medical University. Rector of SamSMU Jasur Rizayev, who spoke at the opening of the conference attended by industry experts from different countries, spoke about the importance of innovative technologies and new views in the increasingly advanced medicine, and noted that the conference being organized is one of the important factors in the development of our modern medicine. As part of the opening ceremony, Rector of Izhevsk State Medical Academy, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Aleksey Evgenievich Shklyaev was awarded the title of "Honorary Professor" of Samarkand State Medical University. The speakers talked about the wide application of innovative technologies in health care, ensuring the development of the field through the effective use of modern achievements in medicine, as well as the further development of international cooperation through the organization of high-level scientific conferences.

  After the opening, the conference continued its work in online and offline sections. At the conference, more than 130 lectures on current topics were heard in the fields of cardiology, pulmonology, phthisiology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, rheumatology, and family medicine. Also, the "Young scientists" branch worked within the framework of the expert roundtable discussion on "Modern approaches to the prevention of non-communicable diseases. International experience" and directions.

  It is no exaggeration to say that this scientific-practical conference, organized at the international level, will be a great impetus to further adapt the health system to global requirements through the effective use of modern medical achievements and its wide introduction into the medicine of our country.

  The conference will continue its work on April 6.
