On March 1, the head of the Department of “Social and Humanitarian Sciences” of Samarkand State Medical University, Professor A.N.Maxmudova, associate-professor L.R.Usmanova and teacher G.K.Mardiyeva held a roundtable discussion at secondary school No.40 of the Samarkand district within the framework of the “Ma’rifat ulashib” program.

  During the meeting, students were informed about Samarkand State Medical University and the conditions and opportunities created there, modern education and technologies. Also, students were told about the 110th anniversary of the birth of the Uzbek poetess Zulfiyaxonim, dedicated to March 1, and told about her work and life.

Students actively participated in the discussion and received answers to their questions.
