  Every year, March 8 is widely celebrated all over the world, including in our country, as a women's holiday. A large festive concert program was also organized at the Samarkand State Medical University on the occasion of March 8 - International Women's Day. Speaking at the event, the rector of the Samarkand State Medical University, Jasur Rizayev, congratulated all the female employees and students on the upcoming holiday, wished them good health, good luck and happiness. Representatives of the faculty and staff of the university were presented with certificates of honor and memorable gifts on the occasion of the holiday.

  At the end of the festive event, the actors of the regional musical and drama theater named after Hamid Olimjon presented the play "Stubborn mother-in-law", which gave the participants a genuine festive mood.
