On November 3, Samarkand State Medical University hosted an online webinar dedicated to modern achievements, new opportunities and innovative methods in dentistry. The webinar was attended by professors of the Faculty of Dentistry of Peoples' Friendship University of Russia Andrey Okulovich and Rustam Yaleshev, staff of the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Dentistry, teachers of the departments and students.

  The webinar was opened with an introductory speech by Alisher Akhmedov and Andrey Okulovich, Dean of the Dental Faculty of SamSMU. In the main part of the webinar Rustam Yaleshev gave a lecture "Minimally invasive, direct composite restorations in modern dentistry", where he gave detailed information about minimally invasive methods of restoration, introduction of modern materials and technologies, difficult cases from practice, ways of their solutions and a number of other issues of the considered area.

  At the end of the lecture a dialogue with the students was organized and detailed answers were given to all the questions they asked.
