On October 3 a festive event for the teaching staff of Samarkand State Medical University was held in Samarkand regional musical-drama theater. The event was attended by the management of Samarkand State Medical University and all faculty members.

  Thus, Rector of Samarkand State Medical University Zhasur Rizaev, speaking with a welcoming speech, congratulated all dedicated mentors on the holiday, highly appreciated their labor on the way to science and wished them strength and health. All honored teachers and pedagogical workers were also awarded honorary diplomas, medals and memorable gifts.

  As part of the festive program, a play based on the work of writer and poet Farman Tashev "Yalangtosh Bahadur" was shown. This gave the audience special mood.
