On September 18, 2023, Nailya Abieva, Associate Professor of the Department of Russian as a Foreign Language at Altai State Medical University (RF), within the framework of academic mobility, held a master class "Using video content in Russian language classes with medical students" for first-year students of Samarkand State Medical University.

  The students performed exercises on speech technique development, paid special attention to difficult cases of Russian phonetics and orthoepy, norms of pronunciation of vowel and consonant sounds, conducted linguistic games. The students were also familiarized with the creative biography of the great writer Anton Chekhov, a classic of world literature, and the content of his major works.

  The students took an active part in the lesson and received answers to all the questions asked on the subject of the lesson.
