On June 5, a long-term partner the rector of the Privolzhye Research Medical University (PRMU) Nikolai Nikolayevich Karyakin visited Samarkand State Medical University.
Two rectors of the universities discussed about improving the quality of the educational process for students of the joint program with the Privolzhye Research Medical University (PIMU) in the areas of "General Medicine", "Pediatrics" and "Dentistry", the formation of students' practical skills by strengthening their clinical practice, as well as other aspects of diverse cooperation.
In particular, cooperation plans were agreed on early detection and diagnosis of oncological diseases with the help of artificial intelligence, as well as implementation of joint practical measures to reduce oncological diseases among the population.
The negotiations were held in a traditionally warm and friendly atmosphere.
