On June 3-4, within the framework of the Uzbek-Russian Medical Forum, the Vice-Rector for International Students and International Affairs of the Volgograd State Medical University (RF) Dmitry Mikhalchenko visited Samarkand State Medical University.
The results of cooperation in the fields of education and science, ongoing scientific projects, availability of academic mobility programs for teachers and students were discussed between Samarkand State Medical University and Volga State Medical University during the visit. At the same time the parties noted the existence of untapped potential, and agreed on directions and spheres of broader multilateral cooperation.
At the end of the meeting the guests were presented with memorable souvenirs with the emblem of the university.
