On the same day, professors and teachers of the Department of Ophthalmology conducted independent classes for students. Dedicated to students on the 32nd anniversary of independence of Uzbekistan “THE MEMORY LIVES OF THOSE WHO BECAME CHARGES FOR THE FREEDOM OF THE HOMELAND.” Over the years of independence, peace, harmony and tolerance have been established. Feelings of respect for elders, honor for juniors, and affection have taken a deep place in the hearts and minds of people. Commemorating the memory of our ancestors and honoring the good deeds of the elderly who served peacefully today in our ranks has become an integral part of our spiritual life, prayers have been read and heard.
In connection with the “Day of Teachers and Mentors,” events and round tables will be held. In addition, on September 12, 2023, a round table was held on the topic “Interethnic harmony and religious tolerance - the basis of citizenship.”.
The main goal of our national policy is to unite the peoples of Uzbekistan into a single nation, regardless of ethnic and other characteristics, to achieve unity on the basis of interethnic harmony. Interethnic harmony is one of the main ideas of the ideology of national independence and means that representatives of different nationalities live together in peace, work in cooperation, have friendly relations in a certain region and state.

In addition, this is caused by parents' neglect of young people. The Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan today gave an understanding of the work being carried out in the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding the cases of crime committed among young people in our country and the measures to combat and prevent them. Students gave interesting questions and answers for themselves. The department presented video clips about lawlessness and crime. Students actively participated with questions and answers and made conclusions.

In addition, the assistants of the Department of Ophthalmology alternately went to the districts and held master classes. They visited the districts of Kattakurgan, Urgut, Bulung'ur and examined the patients.
