In order to increase the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work, effectively combat internal and external threats and dangers in the field of spirituality, strengthen ideological immunity in society, closely support the activities of state and public organizations in this direction, spiritual educational work is one of the main activities of the Department of Microbiology , virology and immunology. The teaching staff of the department gets acquainted with the formation of an active civic position among the population, the establishment in society of democratic principles based on national and universal values, the works and speeches of President Sh.M. Mirziyoyev, resolutions and decisions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers, and also carries out spiritual and educational work in order to educate the mature generation, enhance and improve the universal, national and spiritual worldview qualities of youth.

Formation of a philosophy of a healthy lifestyle among students studying at the Department of Microbiology, Virology and Immunology is the responsibility of the faculty of the department.
Each person must have legal, political and everyday knowledge, in connection with which conversations are organized aimed at improving the political and legal culture among students, department employees hold reading evenings in student dormitories . Employees of the department, together with students, actively participate in republican and international holidays, cleanup days and festivals.
A round table was held among students on issues of a healthy lifestyle and the formation of a spiritual environment. Young assistants of the department take an active part in sports competitions (chess, athletics, tug of war ) held at the university.
