A student scientific society has been created at our faculty. Currently, the department includes 130 dental faculty students of the 3rd and 4th grades. Lectures and master classes are held for students in the areas of Surgical Dentistry, Dental Implant surgery, Periodontal Surgery and Medical Deontology.

   Students research work at the Department of Surgical Dentistry and Dental Implants, the organization of the student scientific tutorial meetings “Young Spiritualists”, the scientific and practical internship of overseas and local students held at the Samarkand State Medical University, individual industry meetings are held within the framework of conferences.

   Students prepare research papers on global issues of socio-humanitarian knowledge, philosophical, methodological and bioethical problems of modern medicine for local research competitions.

   All students who are interested in social and humanitarian problems of medical knowledge and activity, the department, encouraging the achievements of the club members, call for cooperation.

   Bekmuratov Lukmon Rustamovich, responsible for the activities of the club, is currently a senior doctoral student and the author of more than 100 scientific publications.
