At the department, classes are conducted for the following subjects: Pharmaceutical Chemistry (3rd-year students, Faculty of Pharmacy), Toxicological Chemistry (4th-year students, Faculty of Pharmacy), Organic Synthesis (4th-year students, Faculty of Pharmacy), and Pharmaceutical Analysis (4th- and 5th-year students, Faculty of Pharmacy).
The department also provides training for highly qualified specialists within the framework of the Master’s program.
The teaching process for each course is carried out in accordance with the following approved documents:
- Qualification characteristics;
- State standards;
- Curriculum;
- Working curriculum;
The educational technologies applied include:
- Amendments in accordance with Order No. 80 of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Approved diagnostic standards;
- International recommendations;
- Modern teaching technologies (graphic organizers, case technology, and project-based methods).
The teaching process is supported by the following technical resources:
A telecommunication system has been established, enabling the demonstration of topic-related video films, presentations, multimedia programs, and lectures through multimedia connected to the central computer. A unified bank of scanned images, designed for standardized teaching and corresponding to all sections of the curriculum, has also been developed.
