The department trains 5th year students of pediatrics under the program “Neurology, Child Neurology”, 5th year students of the medical-pedagogical, medical faculties, 4th year students of the dental faculty under the program “Neurology”, 4 years of the faculties of medical prevention, traditional medicine and medical biology under the program “Neurology”. Medical Genetics", HCN under the program "Nursing in Neurology".
The department trains highly qualified specialists in the areas of master's and clinical residency.
The training is conducted according to the following approved documents for each course and faculty:

- Educational technologies include:
- - Amendments based on Order No. 80 of the CB of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- approved diagnostic standards;
- international recommendations;
- modern educational technologies (graphic organizers, case technology and project method).

A telecommunications system has been established, video films, presentations, multimedia programs, lectures and practical classes are shown using televisions connected to a central computer. There is a single bank of scanned images designed for unified learning based on the curriculum and corresponding to all curricula.
Department Library:
- The library has more than 40 titles of educational literature in English, Uzbek and Russian.
- The electronic library includes textbooks, atlases, textbooks, teaching aids, etc.
For students, the reception of patients on the topic is organized in the departments of neurology and pediatric neurology, as well as in the emergency room.
