On March 28, the delegation of one of the world leaders in application and organization of high-tech solutions of Ruijie Networks (China), represented by Director of the company for Central Asia Jeremy Lin and International Relations Manager Eric Bai, visited Samarkand State Medical University.

  Rector of SamSMU Zhasur Rizaev, as well as Lazizbek Shukurov, Head of the Centre for Digital Educational Technologies, and Khazrathon Khakkulov, Head of Network Management Department, took part in the negotiations with the delegation members.

  During the talks the importance of the role of advanced information and communication technologies in quality organization of educational process was emphasized. An agreement was reached between the parties to establish "Cloud Wi-Fi" zones to facilitate the learning process for faculty and students of the university. 

  At the end of the meeting, the rector of the university, Zhasur Rizaev, gifted the souvenirs with the logo of the university.
