On March 24, an international round table on "Modern Approach to Diagnostics and Treatment of Laryngeal Diseases" in a hybrid format of teleconference (online, offline) was held at Samarkand State Medical University. The round table was organized by the Departments of Otorhinolaryngology of Samarkand State Medical University, Tashkent Medical Academy and the Medical Higher School (Institute) of the Russian State Social University (RF).

Khasanov, Professor of Department of Otolaryngology and Dentistry of Tashkent Medical Academy, Deputy Chairman of Doctors Association of Uzbekistan, H.E. Shaikhova, Head of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head of Scientific-Clinical Olfactory Laboratory of Medical Higher School (Institute) of Russian State Social University (Moscow, Russia) Prof. K.G. Dobretsov, PhD, Associate Professor of Azerbaijan State Institute of Advanced Medical Education named after A. Aliyev (Baku, Azerbaijan) R. Gashimli took part in the event.

  The round table consisted of 12 reports on the results of recent research in the field of prevention and treatment of laryngeal diseases.

  The round table will make a positive contribution to the exchange of international experience, the effectiveness of applied scientific research and training of competitive staff in medical universities.
