A seminar on US experience in medical education and healthcare was held at Samarkand State Medical University on November 9.

  Thus, the seminar was opened by Dr Sh.H. Ziyadullayev, Vice Rector for Research and Innovation at Samarkand State Medical University. The speaker of the seminar was Nargiz Ruzmetova, PhD., who has 20 years of research experience in various clinics of USA, and currently works at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (Northwest, Broward Health Center, Florida, Memorial Health Center, Florida). The topic of her presentation was "Medical Education and Health Systems in the United States and Uzbekistan. Sharing Experiences in a Dialogue Format", which aroused great interest among the participants.

  The workshop was a lively dialogue, and participants actively participated with questions of interest.
