Academic Council began with opening speech of Rector Zhasur Rizaev, who solemnly presented a badge "Excellent worker of healthcare of the Republic of Uzbekistan" to Associate Professor Irkin Minnulin for many years of fruitful work in the field of healthcare.
At the meeting, appointed employees - PhD Aziz Kubaev as Vice-Rector for Academic Lyceum, Technical Schools of Public Health and Medical Colleges, PhD Pirmamat Faiziboev as Head of the Department of Hygiene, DSc Kamaliddin Makhmudov as Head of the course of public health and health management of Faculty Postgraduate Education , Nigina Bozorova as Head of the Department of pharmaceutical work organization , Sanzhar Samatov as Head of Department of commercialization of scientific and innovative developments were presented to members of the Council.
The Academic Council also held an awards ceremony for 5 members of staff of the university, who received academic degrees and titles.
In accordance with the agenda, other issues were also considered at the council meeting.
