At present time winter session is coming to an end in Samarkand State Medical Institute, as well as in all institutions of higher education. There are also held meetings to sum up results and tasks which were set for the first half of the academic year.

  In particular, a meeting with parents was held today with participation of Dean of the Faculty of Medical Pedagogy, Higher Nurse and Folk Medicine of SamSMI Mamarajabov S.E., head teacher of the Institute Mahmudovа A.N., deputy deans and tutors.

  During the meeting, information was provided on the educational system of SamSMI, grading criteria, as well as student ethics, subject mastery and the results of the winter session
