The National Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan for UNESCO has announced a call for proposals for the UNESCO/Hamdan Prize for Teacher Development in order to enhance the quality and effectiveness of education process for the period 2021-2022.

  The competition is open to institutions, organizations, educational or research establishments that are working to improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching and promote the quality of education. Under the terms of the competition, the UNESCO/Hamdan Prize (total value $300,000) will be awarded to five nominees, and the prize money will be divided equally among the winners.

  To enter the competition, candidates must register online at https://cutt.ly/vbMGBcE. Once registered, candidates can complete the online application form in English or French. Instructions for completing the application form are provided in the annex.
