Algology is one of the modern directions of medicine, which includes surgical and conservative methods of treating all types of pain syndromes in the human body with the help of various mini-invasive highly innovative technologies. As defined in the development concept of our center, it is aimed to put into practice the effective new treatment methods of the world with advanced technology to restore the health of our people.
It should be noted that in order to develop the field of algology in our center, with the participation of Professor Edip Gonullu, Head of the Algology Department of the Bakirchay University Medical Faculty Clinic in Izmir, Turkey, 3 lectures-conferences and high-tech operations on patients were held in the center during the past year. (skill classes) were organized.
At the next stage of cooperation, according to the plan, professors, doctors (Muhammadov N.A., Jorayev A.M.), undergraduate students (Kholmurodova H.K., Sanakulova S.S., Saidullayev F.L.), nurses (Izimchanova F.I.) of the specialized scientific and practical center of neurosurgery and neurorehabilitation at SamSMU Sheraliyeva S.) on July 15-20, 2024, advanced their skills at the Algology Department of the Bakirchay University Medical Faculty Clinic in Izmir, Turkey. During the training course, our specialists directly participated in the operations conducted in this hospital, nurses closely studied the nursing process with digitized technology, students participated as listeners in lectures on the basis of academic mobility.
At the end of the educational and practical course, our specialists were given international qualification improvement certificates, new plans for continuing cooperation in scientific and practical fields were defined.
During the business trip, our delegation visited Altinbash University Medical Park Bahchelievlar Clinic in Istanbul, where they also trained in the field of neuromodulation. Close cooperation relations have been established between this clinic and our Center, as previously reported, today at the specialized scientific-practical center of Neurosurgery and Neurorehabilitation at SamSMU, surgical treatment of Parkinson's disease and epilepsy by installing "chips" in the brain method was introduced serially. Within the framework of these cooperation agreements, our specialists got acquainted with the best practices of neuromodulation in the leading clinic of Turkey and improved their skills. Our specialists directly participated in more than 10 high-tech operations with the participation of Professor Sait Ozturk, head of the Department of Neurosurgery of the Medical Park Bahchelievlar Clinic, and mastered the technique of performing operations.
