In order to fully support talented students studying at Samarkand State Medical University, to create opportunities and conditions for them, as well as to further improve the quality and conditions of education at the University, regular meetings of the Rector with students are held here.

  On June 12 of the current year Samarkand State Medical University Rector Professor Zhasur Rizaev held a meeting with a group of active and talented students, who stand out for their exemplary behavior, excellent performance in studies, as well as achievements in the research field. During the meeting an open dialogue was organized, opinions and suggestions of the university students were listened to.

  Within the framework of the meeting a solemn presentation of certificates to the holders of "Rector's Scholarships", as well as to the winners of national and international competitions and scientific Olympiads took place.
