In accordance with the memorandum of cooperation between the International Health Fund of the Republic of Korea (KOFIH) and Samarkand State Medical University, assistant of the Department of Anesthesiology, Resuscitation and Emergency Medicine Joniev Sanjar and doctoral student of the Department of Internal Medicine No. 3 Gulomov Jahongir, from May 22 to June 3, 2023 took part in training seminars on emergency medicine in the Republic of Korea.
During the visit, Samarkand State Medical University staff got acquainted with new treatment methods and modern medical equipment at the Trauma Center and Emergency Medicine Department of Aju University, the Central Emergency Medicine Department of the Korean National Medical Center, Bundang Hospital of Seoul National University. They also visited the emergency medical and medical aviation department No. 119 of the Guendogi-do National Security Center under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Korea, the Incheon firefighting center and got acquainted with emergency assistance tactics.
At the end of the training seminar, all participants were awarded international certificates and diplomas from the International Health Fund (KOFIH)..
