On November 21, at the Samarkand State Medical University, on the initiative of the Faculty of Medical Prevention, Public Health and Medical Biology, a spiritual and educational meeting with students and teachers “We are United Citizens of One Country” was held.

  At the event, responsible employees of Samarkand City Administration, heads of national-cultural centres of the region and teachers spoke about friendship, mutual agreement between people of different nationalities and religions, which is an important factor in the development of our country.They emphasised that one of the priorities of state policy is, above all, to create favourable conditions for representatives of more than 130 nationalities and peoples to live together as one family, restoring and developing their national and cultural heritage.

  Representatives of different nationalities who took part demonstrated their national dress and traditions, making a great impression on the participants of the event.
