Teachers of the Department of Biochemistry of Faculty of Pharmacy of Samarkand State Medical University held an event jointly with the Education Department of Koshrabat district at school No.70 in the territory of Kuvkalla makhalla (eng. village) of Koshrabad district on May 14. The event was attended by the khokim (eng. head of local department) of the district, H.K. Okbutayev.

  Thus, a book of poet, member of the Republican Union of Writers Sobir Unar was presented at the event. Employees of the university met with students and teachers of the school, conducted master classes, and donated to the biology and chemistry classrooms teaching aids, laboratoryware and reagents.

  The district administration and school management expressed their gratitude to the university representatives for their visit.
