On April 29, the head of the organizational-control group of Samarkand region khokimiyat (eng. local government) Bekhzod Rakhmatullaev met with graduates of Samarkand State Medical University, members of the "Future jewels of Samarkand" personnel reserve club. The meeting was held in execution of instructions given during video conference of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on March 4, 2022 "On measures to improve living standards of students of institutions of higher education by employing them".

  The meeting was opened by Rector of Samarkand State Medical University Zhasur Rizaev, who spoke about changes and reforms implemented in the university in recent years. In his speech, B.Rakhmatullayev underlined that the graduates have the opportunity to work as employees or managers of specialized institutions in the future, to apply their knowledge and skills in the most demanded areas of medicine, and emphasized the importance of creating the possibility for them to practice their specialty.

  Thus, the problems of employment of graduates on vacancies in state bodies and organizations, as well as the creation of additional new jobs, taking into account the suggestions of students were discussed during the meeting. Also, 50 graduates of SamSMU, who were included in the personnel reserve of "The Future Jewels of Samarkand" club under the guidance of Samarkand Regional Khokimiyat, were introduced to the future career perspectives in various spheres of their professional activities.
