Simulation room for the subject of human anatomy

  Simulation room for the subject of human anatomy - this is equipped with an interactive table Pies, a new education model implementing innovative forms of training in medical education and a targeted installation of practical skills and skills by functioning imitation 3-D models of the human body, using phantoms, dummies, virtual robotic mannequins of the VI generation.

  The emergence of the possibilities of simulating education of students in the direction of human anatomy is a new, promising and necessary direction.

  The use of a new indicator in the anatomy of stimulants will allow students not only to observe, but also to carry out all practical skills on their own and solve different situations formed during the assimilation of the subject.

  The goals of the Simulation Anatomy Room:

  Realization of professional skills of students in the subject of human anatomy

  The tasks of the Simulation Anatomy Room:

  • Formation of professional skills and increasing the psychological readiness of students to assimilate the anatomical structure of a person;
  • Assessing the ratio of theoretical and practical knowledge in students in the subject of human anatomy;
  • Assessment of the student's knowledge used with the learned practical skills in comparison with the pathology;
  • Formation of skills in the anatomical team.

The Simulation Anatomy Room consists of 1 zones:

  • Educational virtual room of the interactive anatomical table "Pirogov"
  • The interactive anatomical table "Pirogov"

  It is a hardware and software complex consisting of a plasma panel (Full HD/4K) with a built-in personal computer integrated into a vandal-resistant case made of composite materials, with LED lighting of the inside, which includes:

  • modern software created by the Russian team of doctors and developers using the technology of 3D modeling of anatomical objects;
  • detailed anatomical atlas of three-dimensional models of the male and female bodies with designations of all anatomical structures characteristic of normal human anatomy;
  • advanced interactive equipment for anatomy training with touch control and multimedia transmission of educational information.

  Training using the interactive anatomical table "Pies" is most effective in combination with practical classes on anatomical biological material. At the same time, it allows you to repeatedly repeat virtual dissection, conduct training for students and residents in the disciplines of normal, topographic anatomy and operative surgery, pathological anatomy and forensic examination.

  The teacher has the opportunity to independently upload new images and text files to the system from the updating database of anatomical objects, post his own comments on the images. The presence of USB ports provides a demonstration of images in the audience of more than 100 people when connecting multimedia projectors.

  The interactive anatomical table "Pies" allows training in four modes, including monitoring the assimilation of educational material and residual knowledge of students.

  View mode In this mode, realistic life-size 3D models of the female and male bodies are available, as well as the lobar and segmental structure of more than 4,000 objects of the human body, intra-organ structures and a connective apparatus. Anatomy is proposed to be studied according to the systems of the human body in layers or in parts of the body. It is possible to carry out a sequential "opening" of the entire body and its parts or perform anatomical cuts in 3 planes.

  Anatomical objects are named in the selected language, with the ability to replace all interface texts and objects (Russian, English, Latin) with a detailed text description. The lobar and segmental structure of more than 4000 objects of the human body, intra-organ structures and a connective apparatus are presented. In the "X-ray" mode, the nervous, lymphatic systems, vessels of internal organs are presented.

Segmentation mode

  • In this mode, it is possible to allocate shares and segments of the organ. For convenience, the following functions are provided:
  • "Search" - allows you to find and select the desired object on the anatomical scene.
  •  Select - allows you to hide all 3D objects except those you plan to work with.
  • "Combine organs" - use in the study of a group of objects.

  Compare mode In this mode, it is possible to compare different anatomical objects with each other. More than 100 socially significant and common pathologies are stored in the memory of the table. It is possible to compare organs normally and in pathology, and then immediately view the original images of histological preparations.

  Diagnostic mode In this mode, you can get an idea of the main methods of functional diagnostics. The interactive table "Pies" has an extensive database (more than 4 GB) of diagnostic data (ultrasound, MRI, CT), allows you to work with all tools, the use of which brings the specialist closer to an accurate diagnosis. And the ability to compare diagnostic data in 2D with 3D models of bodies brings the process as close as possible to the real working conditions of the physician.

  Anatomical table software allows tests to be performed in training and control modes. It is possible to select uploaded texts on the topics of the course "Topographic anatomy," recommended for certification of students by the First Medical University named after Sechenov, or to create questions on the topics of the course. "Knowledge Test" allows you to assign testing in training mode with prompts for correct answers and in time control mode.

  Thus, the table "Pies" allows students of all specialties to quickly and relatively easily master such a laborious subject as human anatomy as well as clinical anatomy and operative surgery, and also master clinical thinking, preparing for their future profession.

  All this allows you to successfully learn the subject itself and develops training for clinical subjects among students.
