The aims and objectives of the Health Care Management Programme
Health care is the largest part of the public sector and has its own distinctive characteristics in management and development. In recent years there has been an active growth of requirements for management in healthcare industry institutions - hospitals and polyclinics, rehabilitation centres, insurance companies working in the system of compulsory and voluntary medical insurance, management bodies of the healthcare system. In these circumstances, Masters graduates in Health Care Management will have the necessary skills to work in the management of organisations of any form of ownership (commercial, non-commercial, state, municipal) in health care.
The theoretical component of the "Healthcare Management" programme is represented by the disciplines that form the knowledge, skills and competencies that a specialist in public sector management should possess and the competencies specific to the healthcare sector.

General cultural competences formed as a result of mastering the Master's programme;

Professional competencies determined by the appropriate types of professional activity, which the Master's program is focused on (organizational and management activity, analytical activity, research activity, pedagogical activity).

organisations of any organisational-legal form (commercial, non-commercial, state, municipal) in which graduates work as executives or managers in various services of management apparatus;
state and municipal governing bodies;
Structures where graduates are entrepreneurs who create and develop their own business;

Institutions in the system of higher and further professional education.
Infrastructure:
The programme "Health Care Management" is implemented on the basis of the Department of Public Health, Public Health and Hygiene of the Faculty of Medicine with the participation of teachers of the Department of Health Care Organization, Drug Provision, Medical Technologies and Hygiene of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the Departments of Economics and Law:
Classrooms equipped with all the necessary facilities for the teaching process, located in the buildings of the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences;
computer labs;
Classrooms equipped with multimedia equipment, including video-conferencing facilities;
Scientific library, access to numerous electronic information databases;
access to wireless internet (Wi-Fi);

The name of joint educational program is "Psychology (clinical psychology)" (admission quota - 15 places). The duration of education consists of 5 years and 6 months (3 + 2.5).
Clinical Psychology speciality
The specialty of a wide profile "Clinical Psychology" is connected with the solution of problems of diagnostics, treatment and prevention of diseases and risk behaviour in the sphere of individual and public health, assistance to healthy people in conditions of crisis, harmonization of children's mental development. It includes research, psychodiagnostic, advisory, psychotherapeutic, expert and teaching activities.
Students receive the qualification 'Specialist'.
