Today Samarkand State Medical University holds high positions in international rankings, demonstrating international standards of education quality.
On June 12 this year, within the framework of the Global Congress on Sustainable Development held in Thailand by the United Nations Organization, the results of the world's most influential rating agency Times Higher Education "Impact Ranking-2024" were announced. Many prestigious higher education institutions from more than 125 countries participated in this ranking.
Including Samarkand State Medical University took the following positions:
UN SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being 401-600,
UN SDG 4: Quality Education 401-600,
UN SDG 1: Eradicate Poverty 401-600,
UN SDG 17: Cooperation on Targets 601-800
and became one step closer to the TOP 1000.
The results showed that Samarkand State Medical University has significantly raised its rating positions, and it is also evidence that the conditions and opportunities created at the university are at the level of world educational standards.
