Times Higher Education, the most authoritative ranking of higher educational institutions, has announced the results of Impaсt rankings (THE Impact Rankings 2022) for the year 2022. The rankings include 30 higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan.

  Samarkand State Medical University has been included in the list of universities in this international ranking, taking the 1st place in Samarkand region.

  It should be noted that 10 higher education institutions of Uzbekistan were included in this ranking in 2021. Last year, some 1,000 higher education institutions from 94 countries were evaluated in the ranking, whereas more than 1,500 higher education institutions from 110 countries were evaluated in 2022.
