The 28th All-Russian Student Scientific Conference "Actual problems of anaesthesiology and resuscitation in paediatric surgery", dedicated to 100th anniversary of Corresponding Member of Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor G.Bairov, was held in Saint Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University (Russia). Students of Samarkand State Medical University also took an active part in the conference.

  During the conference, the presentations on abdominal surgery, pediatric urology and andrology, thoracic surgery, pediatric surgery, traumatology and orthopedics, special issues of pediatric surgery, interesting clinical cases and experimental surgery were presented and evaluated.

  According to the results of presented scientific achievements, student team of the Department of Pediatric Surgery №1 of SamSMU won the 1st place and was awarded with gold medal and diploma of I degree of international student conference.

  We congratulate our students on this high result and wish them new victories for the sake of further increase of international prestige of our University!
