The competition "Girls in the Kitchen" was held among students living in the dormitory №1 of the Samarkand State Medical University. Contestants demonstrated their skills in the art of carving - artistic cutting of fruits and vegetables.

  Eight female students of the Pediatric Faculty participated in the competition, which was organized at the initiative of the Department of Clinical and Laboratory Diagnostics and Advisor to the Dean on Women Affairs.

  Wishing the participants good luck, the Chairman of the Women's Council of the University G.I.Khudayberdiyeva and the Dean of the Faculty of Pediatrics S.A.Karabayev underlined the importance of such events in revealing the talents of students, meaningful spending their free time, and stressed the need to prepare girls for family life and strengthen our national values, mutual respect and affection.

  Participants and winners were awarded honorary diplomas and memorable gifts by the dean of the faculty and the organizers of the competition. The songs, which were an essential part of the event, put everyone in a good mood.
