On August 21, 2021, Ikrom Soburov, a responsible officer of the central office of the State Inspectorate for Supervision over the Quality of Education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, visited the Samarkand State Medical Institute.

  In the process of studying the preparation of the institute for the new 2021-2022 academic year, the implemented curricula, prepared working curricula and their compliance with regulatory documents, measures for the implementation of a credit-modular system, changes in the educational process in accordance with the demands of the labor market, work with graduates and their employment, as well as a wide range of other issues from the rich practical experience of training highly qualified medical personnel at SamGMI.

  Based on the results of the study, preparation for the beginning of the new academic year at SamSMI was recognized as satisfactory, and other promising areas of the institute's activities were considered.
