For the purpose of implementing state policy in the field of physical culture and sport, as well as spreading the principles of healthy lifestyle among the staff and students, the sports tournament "Medic Cup" on mini football started at Samarkand State Medical Institute on the 21st of April. So, 48 combined teams from 9 faculties of the Institute are taking part in the competition.

  The competition started with participation of Vice Rector for Youth Affairs E.S. Tangirov and deans of faculties of the institute and will continue for 10 days. Based on the results of the competition, the winning teams will be awarded diplomas and memorable prizes from the organisers.
